Job Description
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Cognos and MS Power BI reports, ensuring high-quality and accurate business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements, translating business needs into effective data visualizations and reports.
• Develop and maintain complex Cognos and Power BI dashboards, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources and systems.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment for skill development.
• Optimize report performance and data refresh processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of business-critical insights.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and data security standards for both Cognos and Power BI environments.
