• Responsibilities include analyzing data processes, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with IT teams.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MDM platforms, data governance frameworks, and enterprise data strategies.
• Tasks include defining MDM requirements and strategies, documenting MDM business processes, defining data governance policies, and supporting the design and implementation of MDM solutions.
• The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, partnering with technical teams for integration, conducting user training, and monitoring MDM system performance.
• Requires 4-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on MDM, Data Management, or Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, TIBCO EBX is necessary.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, business process documentation, STTM, Data Profiling, JIRA Stories, SQL, and IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
• The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• MDM certifications (e.g., Informatica, IBM, SAP MDG) are preferred.
