Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Qualtrics Analyst to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of survey design, data collection, integration, reporting, and automation using the Qualtrics platform. This role will involve deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, export data to analytics systems, develop automations, and generate insights that help drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard & Report Creation:
• Develop and configure interactive Qualtrics dashboards for real-time survey data visualization
• Align dashboards with business KPIs, apply advanced filters, segments, and calculated metrics
• Export and transform data for use in external tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Integration & Data Connectivity:
• Automate data exports to cloud data warehouses like AWS S3, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms via Qualtrics API and connectors
• Ensure secure and authenticated API communication with external systems
Automation, Scripting & API Use:
• Write Python and SQL scripts for data sync, transformation, and automation
• Configure scheduled jobs and Qualtrics Workflows (Actions, Webhooks) for notifications or data updates
• Utilize Qualtrics API for historical record updates and automation tasks
Survey Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Track response rates, send reminders, and troubleshoot broken surveys
• Maintain compliance with data retention and quality assurance standards
• Support occasional survey creation, branding, and logic configuration
