Location: Remote (US-based, Eastern Time Zone, no relocation)
Type: Contract, Full-time 12-18 months

Pay Rate: up to $60 an hour based on skills
Level: 2-4 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Group Technology organization, led by our Global Chief Technology Officer. The BI Analyst will work closely with the Data Analyst to transform collected data into actionable insights and proof of value initiatives, contributing to the development of our clients production data platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Catalog and map our client's operational and enterprise data, including data retention policies.
• Develop a maturity model and digital maturity rating for the organization.
• Identify and develop the target architecture.
• Collaborate with the Group Technology team to develop Proof of Value use cases.
• Identify gaps in data quality, accessibility, and technology.
• Develop our data governance framework and delivery strategy/roadmap.
• Capture and analyze data from various sources.
• Transform data into actionable insights and proof of value initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Data Manager and Data Analyst to support data discovery and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Identify business trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Fabric, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python, Oracle, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred, but not required.
