Business Data Analyst
Data Analyst (Portfolio & Project Management)
Titusville, NJ (Hybrid 3-days a week required)

Job Description: As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving tools and processes supporting Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. Your key responsibilities include shaping and publishing portfolio, program, and project reports, overseeing strategy alignment, managing decision processes, and conducting ad hoc data analysis. You will also provide base business support, manage bug/fix tickets, and support system enhancements from development to roll-out. Preferred skills include learning agility, translating stakeholder requirements into reports, and proficiency with visualization tools and graphic design.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
• Minimum of 5 years working in analytics or a related field
• Experience working with Planisware or a related PPM tool
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, QuickBase, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet hosting services (preferred)
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design (preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Shape relevant portfolio, program, project reports and publish established reports
• Oversee strategy alignment (system tagging) process
• Own the Management Decision process
• Own the system baseline Snapshots process (BP/LRFP/JU/NU)
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis
• Provide Base Business Support for end users
• Manage process/system bug/fix tickets
• Support system enhancements (development, testing, roll-out)
• Comfortable researching and learning new tools and methods in real time as technology or business needs evolve
• Ability to translate requirements from stakeholders into usable reports and analytics
• Demonstrates learning agility and speed along with a natural curiosity
• Comfortable harnessing unstructured and structured datasets to deliver meaningful business insights
• Ability to utilize visualization tools to create business-relevant stories
• Experience using graphic design to bring a consistent and thoughtful visual story together
• Ability to work with all levels/functions to gather feedback and improve tools and processes
