Business Data Analyst (Timesheets)

Remote, But Must Live in Texas

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Data Analyst (Timesheets) to transform our time tracking and reporting processes. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging data between tracking systems, working closely with both Agile and Waterfall teams to improve data quality and standardization. You will play a critical role in change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with technical stakeholders, agile delivery teams, and IT managers to ensure the necessary data is accurately populated in agile systems of record for IT capitalization reporting.
• Utilize data analysis methods to uncover and visualize timesheet compliance issues within agile delivery systems.
• Identify and escalate timesheet compliance issues in agile systems of record to relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying and supporting the investigation of data-related issues.
• Present data-driven insights to the appropriate stakeholders at various levels, as required.

Must-Haves:
• Familiar with data analysis techniques such as regression, trend lines, forecasting, modeling, and clustering using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in analyzing data from multiple source systems to identify critical data gaps
• Demonstrated expertise with stakeholder and organizational change management.
