The Business Analytics Lead is responsible for driving business growth by scaling Benefits adoption for existing card customers. The candidate will develop analytically driven strategies and recommendations to improve customer engagement and loyalty by optimizing digital funnel conversion, offer enrollment/activation and redemptions; and create forward looking forecasts in partnership with the Marketing, Product and Finance organizations. Excellent communication skills are required to influence on large scale programs and effectively partner with a diverse group of stakeholders including senior leade
