Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Full Remote, supporting EST

Toolkit

You will work with tools and technology that include Visio, Oracle R12, and PowerPoint.

Compensation Expectation : $65 – 85/hr

What You’ll Do As a Sr Business Analyst:
• Project Initiation
• Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and apply it in researching potential solutions
• Application Development
• Analyzes and documents relevant business processes
• Conducts interviews with customers to define functional requirements
• Participates during detailed design and/or configuration
• Participates in Integration Testing, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios and documentation of results
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing on small to medium size projects
• Assists in the preparation of end user documentation, training materials, curriculum and schedule
• Production Support
• Takes ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions and implementing system resolutions, including workarounds
• Test Planning
• Works with business analysts and application developers to develop test plans based on functional specifications
• Develop additional testing documents based on test plan, such as test scenarios, test cases and test matrices

Qualifications:

You could be a great fit if you have:
• 3-5+ yrs of experience performing business analysis within a large enterprise covering both business and information technology domains
• Ability to use querying languages to extract and analyze data (e.g. SQL)
• 3-5+ yrs of experience working with a major ERP system, Oracle R12 preferred
• Functional knowledge in as many of the following as: P2P, OTC, Project Accounting, Inventory, WIP, BOM
• Experienced in using the standard Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Automate preferred
• Working knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and techniques
