Business Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This position requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency in ETL processes, and experience with tools such as Power BI and SQL.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources for analysis.
Utilize SQL for querying databases and generating reports as needed.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing solutions based on analytical findings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on data analysis.
Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
Proficient in SQL for database management and reporting.
Knowledge of programming languages such as R or VBA is a plus.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
