

Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Kforce as a client seeking a fully remote Business Analyst to join their team. Key Tasks:
• Business Analyst will analyze and document current billing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization within the property and casualty insurance framework
• Collaborate with client business and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements and new capabilities
• Support data mapping exercise to move data from current system to the new billing system
• As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate findings, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Ensure acceptance criteria on requirements is clearly established and get the sign off from the client as needed
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the property and casualty insurance (P&C) sector
• Demonstrated experience with billing processes and systems related to property and casualty insurance, including familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Experience with one or more of the following systems is required: Majesco (preferred), Guidewire BillingCenter, Sapiens Billing, or Duck Creek Billing
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau for analyzing & mapping billing data
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) to document and visualize workflows
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, AzDO) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
