Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Data Migration (Financial Services - Banking, Mortgages, savings)

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in data migration within the Financial Services sector? Do you have in-depth experience with data mapping, transformation, and ensuring smooth migration from source to target systems? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead migration projects, ensuring successful delivery of data and assets from source systems to new target systems.
• Define Source Data Scope and accurately map this data to the target systems, aligning all business requirements.
• Manage the data transformation journey, ensuring data is mapped and migrated efficiently during the data mapping phase.
• Identify data integrity issues and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure seamless integration of migration requirements into the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process with technical teams.
• Maintain adherence to data/information security protocols throughout the migration process.
• Define and manage data reconciliation and validation requirements, ensuring migration accuracy and resolving reconciliation breaks during both financial and operational reconciliation phases.

Required Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 5 years in the Financial Services sector.
• Proven experience in data migration, with a focus on source to target data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of the ETL process and its integration into migration activities.
• Detailed knowledge of data reconciliation and validation requirements.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to resolve data integrity and migration issues.
• Experience in defining Migration Financial & Operational Reconciliation requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
