Business Analyst
Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst for a pharmaceutical marketing organization in a 100% remote capacity. This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity. The Business Analyst will support the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a large internally built data lake.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for system enhancements or new solutions.
• Assist in the development of business processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive requirements gathering, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and training efforts to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
• 3-5 years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of databases, data lakes, and APIs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience in business process modeling and workflow development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Compensation for the Business Analyst:
• Hourly rate: $45.00-$50.00 an hour, depending on experience.
