About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Data Science, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLM), and OpenAI technologies. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to drive AI/ML initiatives and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven projects, experience with AI-powered solutions, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Gather and document business requirements related to AI/ML solutions, focusing on RAG, LLM, and OpenAI-based technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Technical Analysis & System Integration:
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation and fine-tuning LLM models.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating OpenAI APIs and other AI services into enterprise applications.
• Ensure data pipelines and AI models are aligned with business objectives and performance metrics.
• Data Science & AI Governance:
• Understand and analyze large-scale data sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Assist in defining governance frameworks for AI model deployment, monitoring, and ethical considerations.
• Ensure compliance with AI/ML best practices and regulatory standards.
• Business Insights & Reporting:
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights from AI-powered solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on AI-driven analytics.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLM), and OpenAI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with data science workflows, AI/ML concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data transformation processes is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector Databases, and NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and AI governance best practices.
• Prior experience in AI-driven search and knowledge management systems.
