We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience in Data Science, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLM), and OpenAI technologies. This role will bridge business needs and technical implementation, driving AI/ML initiatives and ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements for AI/ML-driven solutions, including RAG, LLM, and OpenAI APIs.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align project goals.
Support AI model integration, data pipeline development, and governance best practices.
Analyze and visualize data insights to drive strategic decisions.

5+ years of experience in business analysis, data science, or AI-related projects.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and data pipelines.
Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of LangChain, Vector Databases, NLP, and AI governance.
Experience deploying AI-powered search and knowledge management systems.
