This role is a blend of Business Analysis and BI development. We seek a candidate that enjoys problem solving and is looking to make an immediate impact. You must have experience designing and developing analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with business executives in order to deliver analytic solutions that lead to company wide investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work to understand scope of the impact and what direction the Enterprise should take to price test strategies
• Run and analyze data to determine what markets, what categories, etc. to execute solution
• Meet with executives to share findings and present solution
• Execute opportunity and track ROI

The team is working remotely but you must be able to work EST hours.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance Analytics, Data Analytics, or Mathematics
• 1+ years of professional Business and BI technology experience
• Strong analytical, non-binary thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong SQL skills - can write from scratch, develop complex queries, stored procedures, ability to read other SQL scripts to understand what's going on
• Strong Tableau experience - design and develop (table calculations, parameters, actions, data blending and sets) - open to current Power BI Users
• Experience communicating data decisions and make recommendations to the business based on analysis - ability to explain 'what', 'how', and 'why'
• Experience working with large data sets and understanding complex concepts
