About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our Fortune 500 media client’s cutting-edge AI organization. This role will play a key part in the build-out of a next-gen content automation platform that leverages visual large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tooling to streamline image and video creation workflows across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with prompt engineering, model optimization, and the integration of GenAI APIs (such as Adobe Firefly) into broader content and marketing ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with a senior technical team to bring innovative AI concepts to life while supporting the foundation of a new automation hub.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

   • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to scope and implement GenAI solutions

   • Integrate third-party APIs (Adobe Firefly or similar) into internal content systems

   • Participate in tool selection and standardization efforts for LLMs and generative model workflows

   • Apply knowledge of prompt engineering, GPU optimization, and visual LLM architectures

   • Leverage emerging frameworks like MCP (Model Context Protocol) for custom model integrations

   • Contribute to early-stage prototyping, POCs, and MVP development

Must-Have Qualifications:

   • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with specific expertise in generative AI models

   • Experience working with APIs and tools like Adobe Firefly or similar GenAI platforms

   • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and visual LLMs

   • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI environments and GPU optimization

   • Familiarity with embedding models and integration of LLMs into production workflows

   • Comfortable navigating ambiguous technical direction in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

   • Experience using or implementing the MCP protocol

   • Past exposure to marketing automation or media/creative tech stacks

   • Demonstrated success building AI-powered automation tools

   • Previous work on agentic workflows or multimodal content generation
