Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead to drive technical discussions, enhance solution design frameworks, and lead the implementation of advanced Appian capabilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrations, cloud technologies, and solution architecture, ensuring seamless Appian deployments across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Appian solution design, establish best practices, and improve existing frameworks.
• Architect and implement integrations with platforms like CRM, Salesforce, and on-premises databases.
• Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless authentication.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient Appian application deployment.
• Implement Appian capabilities such as Portals, IDP, RPA, and leverage new features like Appian Co-Pilot & Prompt Builder.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate design approaches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while supporting developers.
• Create and present Solution Architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
• Utilize AWS or other cloud platforms for hosting and scaling applications.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Appian solution architecture & development.
• Strong expertise in integrations, web services, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with databases, SaaS-to-on-prem integration, and DevOps pipelines.
• Ability to drive technical discussions and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred:
• AWS experience
• Exposure to latest Appian advancements
