Alteryx Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a highly skilled Alteryx Technical Resource to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for all Alteryx-related activities within the organization. This role will be responsible for engaging with business units, managing Alteryx licensing and vendor relationships, and promoting best practices for Alteryx usage across teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving adoption, supporting business users, and optimizing the Alteryx environment to enhance data analytics and automation efforts. Responsibilities:
• Act as the Alteryx SME, supporting various business units in leveraging Alteryx for data analytics, automation, and workflow development
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data and automation needs and provide guidance on Alteryx capabilities
• Promote the use of Alteryx across business units by demonstrating its value, hosting training sessions, and sharing best practices
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with Alteryx, including Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server administration
• Strong understanding of data analytics, automation, and ETL processes using Alteryx
• Experience in managing software licenses and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple business units and technical teams
• Ability to train and support non-technical users, helping them maximize Alteryx capabilities
• Knowledge of SQL and data integration with various platforms
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with Alteryx is a plus
• Experience with governance, security, and compliance related to data analytics tools
Preferred Skills
• Experience building and maintaining an Alteryx Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analytics
• Background in change management and user adoption strategies for new technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
