Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and provide advanced data analysis solutions by interacting with LLMs and machine learning models and integrating AI systems into our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Model Development: Using popular frameworks, integrate structured and non-structured data with AI Models (LLMS and MLs) and develop useful business analysis solutions.
Data Processing: Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to support AI initiatives.
Model Training: Improve the performance, accuracy and scalabity of AI models through structured, contextual training.
Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into broader, enterprise applications.
Research and Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends in AI and ML, and apply new methodologies to enhance our technology stack.
Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for AI systems, including workflows, model architecture, and API usage.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects or relevant work experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Apache Spark.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib).
Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
