Location: (100% Remote)

Term: 9-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance
Hours: 1st shift from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon – Fri
Requirements: BA Degree in Computer Science or IT & 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering & Cloud-based Solutions or AI Technologies / MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH % SPANISH

The ideal candidate will specialize in implementing off-the-shelf AI solutions, identifying business challenges across various domains, and deploying tailored, ready-to-use AI tools to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and define business challenges that can be addressed through AI solutions.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-driven initiatives that align with organizational goals.
· Conduct comprehensive evaluations of available AI tools and platforms to identify the most suitable off-the-shelf solutions.
· Select AI tools and platforms that align with business objectives, technical requirements, and scalability.
· Develop detailed strategies for the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing business processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
· Work with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and scaling of AI technologies.
· Utilize strong analytical skills to prepare and analyze data, enabling informed decision-making for the deployment of AI solutions.
· Measure the effectiveness of AI tools post-implementation to assess improvements in operational efficiency and business outcomes.
· Facilitate training sessions to ensure teams are equipped to effectively use new AI tools and platforms.
· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve operational issues and optimize the use of AI solutions across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
· Bilingual English / Spanish.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, pipeline development, and cloud-based data solutions.
· Proven experience as an AI Analyst or a similar role with a focus on AI tool implementation.
· Strong understanding of AI technologies and platforms, especially off-the-shelf solutions.
· Experience in data analysis, data preparation, and extracting insights to guide decision-making.
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to translate complex technical solutions into actionable business strategies.
· Become familiar with AI governance, compliance standards, and security considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with popular AI platforms and tools (e.g., IBM Watson, Google AI, Microsoft Azure AI).
· Knowledge of machine learning principles and tools.
· Background in project management or familiarity with agile methodologies.
· Experience in training and supporting end-users in new technologies.
