AI & Automation Integrations Developer
Position Summary
We’re seeking an AI Integrations Developer to design, build, and optimize advanced automation workflows. You will work closely with our founder—who is also the primary technical lead—often in live-streamed sessions, creating high-impact projects that streamline operations and enhance our student experience.
Work Hours: Must be available and actively working 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, ~35-40 hours per week.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $3,000 - $4,000 USD per month (paid as a 1099 contractor on a long-term exclusive contract). Paid major holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Automation & Integration
• Develop and manage workflows using Make.com, Zapier, N8N, and Botpress.
• Integrate various applications and services (via APIs/webhooks) for seamless data exchange.
• Build robust chatbot solutions on Botpress or similar platforms
AI Application & Integration
• Employ AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok) and tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, LangChain) for content generation, lead engagement, and internal process automation.
• Implement advanced AI research tools (DeepResearch, Perplexity, JournalistAI, DeekSeek) to continuously improve and refine capabilities.
• Use Model Context Protocol to optimize AI-driven workflows.
• Technical Implementation
• Write and maintain Python/JavaScript scripts to drive automation workflows.
• Create or adjust web interfaces with HTML and CSS.
• Integrate vector databases for efficient data retrieval and AI processing.
• Project Delivery & Optimization
• Meet measurable goals (e.g., 20% reduction in manual tasks, AI-based support chatbot deployment within 60 days).
• Identify further automation opportunities to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and refine processes to achieve specific KPIs:
• Increase customer support satisfaction.
• Decrease response times for leads.
• Improve conversion rates from leads to students.
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate closely with the founder (your primary technical partner) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, N8N, and Botpress (or similar platforms).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; familiarity with vector databases and integration best practices.
• AI Familiarity: Experience with OpenAI, Claude, HeyGen, or similar AI tools; knowledge of Model Context Protocol is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Creative, data-driven approach to tackling complex tech challenges.
