Supply Chain Analyst (Sourcing / Purchasing)

Employment Type: 4-month contract (Possible FTE)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Purchasing/Sourcing team team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain operations, leveraging their expertise in SAP and supply chain analytics to drive efficiency and performance. This is an onsite, long-term contract opportunity for professionals passionate about solving complex problems in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform supply chain analytics, focusing on demand planning and forecasting to ensure efficient operations.
• Leverage ERP systems, particularly SAP, to manage and optimize supply chain processes.
• Analyze large datasets, decipher actionable insights, and determine next steps to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve supply chain performance.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Navigate and adapt to customer portals and internal systems, learning processes quickly.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain-related roles.
• 4+ years of experience with ERP systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (must-have).
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics, with expertise in demand planning and forecasting.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (must-have).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to decipher complex data, derive actionable insights, and recommend next steps.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Arriba (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Fieldglass (nice to have).
