Sr. Manager, Data Migration Business Analyst Skills | Must-Haves:
• 8+ years of professional experience
• experience with large-scale, data migration projects including ETL tools
• experience in SQL, data modeling and working with relational databases
• strong understanding of Endur ETRM systems Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects, preferably within the ETRM/energy trading domain.
• Strong understanding of Endur ETRM systems, including data models, processes, and integration requirements.
• Experience with large-scale, complex data migration efforts, including ETL tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with energy trading and risk management processes, including trading, risk analysis, and settlements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with a track record of bridging business and technical teams. Preferred Skills:
• Experience in greenfield Endur ETRM implementations.
• Knowledge of industry-standard data migration tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and their integration with ETRM systems.
