Our client, a leader in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a SharePoint Developer & Designer to join their team. As a SharePoint Developer/Designer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams in achieving their organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and creativity in designing user experiences, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

What's the Job?
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts using modern frameworks (e.g., SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Build custom workflows, forms, and applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other tools.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly SharePoint interfaces tailored to business needs.
• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365 apps).
• Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, functionality, or user access.

What's Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, customization, and administration.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2016/2019).
• Strong knowledge of modern development tools (SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
