Job Overview:

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Strategy Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. The Strategy Program Management Team is responsible for the tracking and execution of opportunities to drive growth and/or strategic initiatives for client. The team is the primary driver in harmonization efforts across the enterprise for client strategy execution.

As the Senior Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies, conducting in-depth market and financial analysis, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making processes. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to influence key business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Analyze business performance, financial data, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
• Develop strategic frameworks, financial models, and presentations to support executive-level decision-making.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives, including feasibility assessments and ROI projections.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings, board presentations, and investor communications.
• Provide recommendations to executives on business strategies, investment opportunities, and other critical decisions.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data.
• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance and strategy execution.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or a related field.

• Proven experience in performing quantitative analysis, developing business strategies, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint; advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to synthesize data and insights to develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior executives clearly and concisely.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
