After a really successful 2024 - we're really excited for 2025 we need a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team on fixed term basis.

Primary responsibilities for this position include extracting, manipulating, and analysing data; building and updating existing dashboards on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, creation of presentation decks, quality checking other outputs and providing supporting documentation to all projects undertaken.

Working on a major email marketing client; reporting and analysis will be focused on CRM performance and optimisation.

You'll be the central point of contact for insight requests from the CRM team.

This role requires someone with strong reporting and analytical skills together with a first-hand understanding of its application to the business environment.

What You Will Do...

• Using a variety of data tools on a daily basis - Excel, PowerQuery, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI - to extract, manipulate and analyse client data

• Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and insight reports

• Facilitating the creation of new dashboards and reports as required

• Adhoc client campaign reporting

• CRM performance forecasting

• Applying basic statistical analysis and lateral thinking to provide insights and identify opportunities for the client

• Creating PowerPoint decks for presentation to the client

• QCing other analysts' work

• Providing supporting documentation to all projects undertaken

• Proactively supporting the simplification and standardisation of reporting processes to identify improvements to increase reporting capability and efficiency

• Identifying and implementing task automation and process improvements for the team that result in increased efficiency

Skills

Essential:

• Strong experience in a data analysis / database marketing environment

• Advanced experience of Excel including Power Pivot, complex formulae and automations

• Experienced in Tableau and Power BI

• Experience in using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for web reporting

• Extensive experience of creating and issuing reports for a variety of end-users

• Strong numeracy skills

• Working closely with data planners and CRM planners

• High level of attention to detail

• Clear & concise written communication skills

Desired:

• Experience in Database management and manipulation

• Interest in Direct Marketing/ Database Marketing

• Large database marketing reporting experience
