Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Python Developer at the business in Project Brains community. We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on senior developer to lead a team in managing and enhancing Marquee applications. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, supporting high-level external clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for team management, stakeholder engagement, and driving process improvements to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership in a support environment, with strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.

• Proficient in Python and Java, with experience debugging APIs and UIs.

• Ability to manage escalations, incidents, and process improvements, with AWS knowledge as a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of diving into technical issues or coordinating response teams effectively.
