Job Title: Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights

Location: Onsite- Surrey, England, United Kingdom

Duration: Long-term 12 months rolling

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Performance Analytics & Insights team to deliver high-quality analytical support and insights.

• Utilize IQVIA and Pharma data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and implement SQL-based queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and support business decision-making.

• Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using Snowflake.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytics methodologies, and insights to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Digital and after analytical functions.

• Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve and innovate our analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analytics, data insights, or a related area.

• Strong expertise in IQVIA data and Pharma data is essential.

• Proficient in SQL coding with the ability to write complex queries and scripts.

• Experience with Snowflake for data storage and management.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
