Job Overview

We are on the lookout for multiple highly skilled Senior Full-stack Java/API Developers to join our innovative team focused on enhancing healthcare services through state-of-the-art digital solutions. This position is ideal for professionals who possess a profound enthusiasm for crafting scalable, cloud-native applications using leading technologies such as Java, ReactJS, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
• Create top-tier cloud-native applications leveraging Java/Spring Boot microservices deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Decompose intricate requirements into actionable tasks and development strategies.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure the software’s quality and reliability.
• Engage in design and code reviews to uphold high development standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, etc.) to ensure effective alignment on technical specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

Required Skills
• In-depth understanding of Computer Science principles including object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, ReactJS).
• Solid grasp of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern software engineering practices across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and associated tools.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Experience with Atlassian suite (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Qualifications
• Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable and highly available distributed systems on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in microservices architectural patterns and solutions.
