About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Modeler / Principal Consultant with a strong background in BFS Data Modeling and Taxonomy. In this role, you will define and create enterprise-level reference architecture, controlled vocabulary, and ontology, contributing to a transformative data environment. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in enterprise data management and governance, capable of translating complex data landscapes into accessible, business-aligned solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Enterprise Information Reference Architecture and establish an Enterprise Controlled Vocabulary to standardize data terminology across the organization.
• Develop a common language for describing data and metadata, ensuring alignment across various business lines, regions, and systems.
• Architect Enterprise Data Concepts (EDC), Enterprise Business Ontology (EBO), and Enterprise Business Glossary (EBG), ensuring all data assets are systematically categorized and easily understood.
• Utilize tools such as MagicDraw and Cameo Conceptual Modeler (CCM) for information modeling, and leverage Protégé for OWL/RDF visualization.
• Define EDC governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and adherence to data standards across the organization.
• Create a robust data language foundation that supports Business, Data, Technology, and Risk Transformations, enabling enhanced analytics, reporting, and seamless integration across systems.
• Deliverables include Controlled Vocabulary, Taxonomy, Terms, and Data Elements, supporting the scalability and sustainability of cross-organizational data initiatives.
• Lead the Data Analytics Platform Governance for BFS, with a focus on regulatory, risk management, compliance, and data control standards.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in BFS data modeling, taxonomy, and data governance.
• Advanced knowledge of MagicDraw, Cameo Conceptual Modeler (CCM), and Protégé.
• Proven expertise in developing enterprise-level data frameworks, business ontology, and glossaries within BFS environments.
• Strong experience with Data Analytics Platform Governance, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and data controls.
