ROLE - SAP PaPM Developer

LOCATION- Remote

Job Description:

We would want to establish a 24/7 type of working environment with our on Prem resources.

We would need / HANA modeling / PAPM.

These would be Development Do-ers. Not functional or management do-ers.

As an SAP PaPM Application Developer, you will support Procurement and Supply Chain initiatives.

The position is responsible for design, development and support in the business areas such as accounts payable, materials, procurement, warehouse, inventory, as well as building applications that will meet client and business requirements.

In this challenging role, you will have strong knowledge of PaPM, experience defining systems strategy, designing, prototyping, testing, training, providing functional details, and working with the business on implementation.

You will provide accounts payable, materials management, warehouse management, and inventory management functional knowledge in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will assist with responding to user requirements, production problem resolution, on-call support, change requests, enhancements and new functionality.

You will perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for related processes.

It is important for the SAP Application Developer to understand emerging technologies and determine which should be recommended for implementation.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and collaborate with business and IT teams including application development, testing, operations, security and compliance and project management office.

Required Skills:

SME of SAP-PAPM with at least 2 large PAPM projects done recently.

5+ years of development experience in SAP S/4HANA

Completed at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP supply chain transformation projects.

Preferred Skills:

Hands on experience developing RICEF objects, User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancements, AMDP, EDI/IDoc.

Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using products such as SAP PO, CPI, etc.

Experience in SLT, ODATA, Fiori, UI5, and/or REST based web services.

Experience mapping business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization

Experience interacting and collaborating with business and IT teams including application development, testing, operations, security and compliance, and project management office.

Capable of assessing current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
