Job Title - Salesforce Developer

Location: Peoria, IL - (3x days in office)

Duration: 12 months with possibility to extend

Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in SFDC Architecture and experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce API integrations, and middleware tools like MuleSoft

Technical Skills

(Required)
• Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products, proficient in multi-cloud architecture, and significant data modeling experience.
• Experience in architecting solutions on Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud
• Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries.
• Adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Good effective communications skills being able to explain conclusions to our business partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications

(Desired)
• Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect), Solution Architect, and Application Architect credentials are highly valuable.

Compensation

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $60- $65/hr (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
