Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate within a dynamic team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that expand the utilization of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Provide essential training and create comprehensive documentation to support rapid system changes and updates.
• Develop, deliver, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions effectively within the GCC.
• Engage with other development teams to optimize existing functionalities and components shared across various solutions.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms and manage CRM entities efficiently.
• Configure and customize views, dashboards, and charts to meet organizational needs.
• Implement entity relationships and business rules, ensuring seamless workflows and process flows.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in developing solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience customizing forms and managing CRM entities.
• Strong understanding of entity ownership, properties, and relationships.
• Familiarity with workflow implementation and business process flows.
• Excellent skills in creating and managing views, charts, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of calculated fields and field-level security.
• Strong communication skills for effective training and documentation.
