About Position: We are seeking a seasoned, BI Platform Engineer / Qlik sense Developer who is a data-driven individual with excellent data and analytical skills, demonstrated leadership in their role, and a passion for delivering data-driven insights. This role will partner closely with Business Stakeholders to produce analytics, insights, and reporting to support these needs. This role is expected to understand the business and draw from that knowledge to produce data-driven output to help multiple organizations leverage a powerful expert platform for customer success

Role : BI Platform Engineer / Qlik sense Developer

Location: Mountain View CA (Day 1 onsite)

What You'll Do
• Partner with Business Stakeholders and other analytics teams to enable decision support and key customer insights in the Self Analytics space.
• Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations for a variety of stakeholders.
• Define, implement, and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards leveraging state of the art business intelligence tools.
• Provide recommendations utilizing statistical model generation using multiple types of data, business knowledge, programmatic insights, and strategic assumptions when data doesn’t exist.
• Answer ad-hoc analytic questions, contribute to decision-making through opportunity sizing, and train users to self-serve standard reports.
• Enforce data quality standards, troubleshoot data validation, identify issues and see them to resolution.
• Work in an agile, SCRUM driven environment to deliver new, innovative products
• Team Player possessing strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills and be willing to share expertise with others
• Troubleshooting issues and migration/publication of Qlik sense applications
• End to end engineering – design, development, testing, deployment and operations
• Analyze, break down pros/cons, and present findings for new business tools beyond Qlik Sense

Expertise You'll Bring:
• A professional who has expertise in managing Qlik Sense with skills in Bash/Python and user community support with in-depth understanding of AWS Infrastructure.
• Good and very strong understanding of Qlik sense, Qlik Admin, Qlik console
• The Engineer will be working closely with various team members and stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the solution meets the requirements.
• This role will also assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure consistency in reporting.
