About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Owner with a passion for improving consumer health outcomes through exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will play a critical part in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance member engagement, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate market trends and consumer insights into impactful digital product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, measure product performance, and inform decision-making.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital health trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital products through iterative development and feedback loops.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital product environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for improving consumer health and well-being through technology.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
