We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise in Python and Oracle SQL (PL/SQL). A background in healthcare and knowledge of claims data are highly preferred for this role. The candidate should also be proficient in data modeling.

Responsibilities
• Write and optimize SQL queries using Oracle SQL (PL/SQL).
• Perform data extracts using Python and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze healthcare data, with a focus on claims data, to identify key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare and claims data to identify and address data-related issues.
• Engage in data modeling activities to support project requirements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and implement efficiencies

Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in Python and Oracle SQL (PL/SQL) development.
• Strong expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Extensive experience in using Python for data extracts.
• Solid background in healthcare with a deep understanding of claims data.
• Ability to answer questions like "What is a claim?" and provide insights based on claims data knowledge.
• Proven experience in data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
