Job Description 1: Master Data Management Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Management Specialist to maintain and enhance data quality across multiple data sources, primarily within an Azure Synapse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, a passion for data accuracy, and a critical thinking mindset to ensure data cleanliness and consistency. This position involves managing large datasets, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to establish streamlined data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain master data within the Azure Synapse environment.
• Ensure data integrity, identifying and resolving issues like missing data or misclassified information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve data processes and tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and manage incoming data flows and adapt processes as needed.
• Strong focus on ensuring data consistency across multiple sources.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Background in consumer goods or eCommerce
• Experience working with Azure Synapse, SQL, and strong Excel skills for analysis & reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. (huge emphasis on someone highly anal about the little details)
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience in Master Data Management or similar data roles
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, particularly in identifying and solving data-related problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing data updates.
• Experience with research data or survey data management
