Backend Java Engineer Phoenix, AZ- hybrid 3 days onsite 10+ years

Direct client: Immediate client interview

Job description:

BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline

Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development and SRE roles.

Provide support for production environments, guiding users to appropriate teams for issue resolution for incident escalation as needed.

Strong OOPs concepts , concurrency , exception handling etc.

Hands-on experience in Java, Kotlin.

Significant experience in designing and building Java microservices with VERT.X, SPRING BOOT, with proficiency in Java & REST API.

Proficient in GitHub Actions for efficient code integration and deployment workflows.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and collaborate across diverse geographical teams.

Exhibit expertise in Cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization, with strong debugging skills.

Contribute to the development of complex applications or highly scalable solutions end-to-end in SDLC.

Knowledge of Databases like Cassandra, Couchbase & Mongo

Experience in monitoring tools such as Micrometer, Prometheus, Elastic, Kibana, Grafana & Splunk.
