I'm currently working with a leading Real Estate firm on the lookout for a Insights Data Analyst to join their team on a long-standing contract. The Insights Data Analyst leads the development and implementation of data-driven insights to support business decision-making, working closely with marketing, sales, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and insights.

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies.

• Supporting the development, design, communication and implementation of the go-to-market strategies of agreed projects for the wider business

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.

• Present findings to senior management.

• Monitor and evaluate strategic effectiveness.

• Support bid solutions and go-to-market strategies.

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Facilities Management Qualification or relevant experience.
