We are currently partnering with a global leading e-commerce organisation, going through an exciting period of change and are now looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst to join the organisation on an initial 3-month period.

This role will play a key part in using data to support the implementation of job architecture and pay ranges across the organisation globally. This role will be looking to pay 350-400 p/d depending on experience.

Essential experience/qualifications required:

• Ability to analyse complex, multi-dimensional pay benchmarking data from external surveys.

• Exposure updating the master workbook containing employee job data with new information quickly and effectively.

• Ability to prepare employee data files efficiently for the purpose of delivering to line managers to support decision making.
