DevOps Engineer – Vituity

Required Skills: IAC (Infrastructure as a code), Kubernetes, Terraform, AKS, Python, Gloo mesh service, Cloudflare; GitHub, Ansible

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience designing automated solutions/strategies to solve problems.
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with record demonstrating the delivery of high-quality, large-scale solutions requiring planning and change control.
• 7+ years of practical experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS and Ubuntu preferred) and Windows Server.
• 4+ years of practical experience with one or more virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere (Preferred)
• Proficiency in two or more languages: Bash, PowerShell, Python, YAML, Ruby, Perl, Go, etc.
• Must have current Ansible and Terraform experience in production environment and considered a plus to have Chef, Puppet exposure.
• Must have container technologies: Kubernetes (preferred), OpenShift, Docker experience.
• Mid-level MS SQL Database functional knowledge and basic administrative skills.
• Practical experience with Cluster and High Availability technologies.
• Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalls.
• Well-honed troubleshooting skills at all levels of complexity
• Experience with CI/CD seamless/automated build scripts used for release management across all environments.
• Practical experience with NMS and log aggregation tools like Splunk.
