• Serves as a Databricks Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing deep expertise and guidance (not specifically Azure Databricks, but must be Azure-focused).
• Leads Databricks projects and drives implementation, effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Contributes to and supports the organization's data strategy initiatives.
• Requires immediate Databricks proficiency; no ramp-up time is available (current team requires 2-4 weeks to become proficient).
• Mandatory experience with real-time data streaming from various sources (SQL, Oracle, etc.) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Medallion Architecture is a plus.
• Expertise in optimizing Databricks performance and ensuring efficient data processing.
• Works within the Azure cloud environment.
