Job description
• Client Lab has 30 Jaz drive discs, containing laboratory instrument data. The discs are believed to be undamaged.
• The Lab has a Jaz drive, which appears to be working, and a Macintosh running Mac OS 9.1, which is working. The Mac doesn't see the SCSI-connected Jaz Drive.
• The Lab is seeking expertise in resolving this issue.
