"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.

You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.

We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Job Description

DART (Data Analytics Reporting & Technology) is the leading risk modeling, data analytics, and regulatory/management reporting team in Client that is known for its talents and expertise in various fields including mathematical modeling of risks, fulfilling management and regulatory reporting needs, and creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate various risks to senior stakeholders.

The Operational Risk Reporting & Analytics (ORRA) within DART is responsible for the production of comprehensive Operational Risk information for Clientgroup, the Board of Directors, CCAR, Risk Capital, Risk Appetite, Scenario Analysis, and other critical work streams.

The Loss Forecast Reporting team within ORRA contributes to the Operational risk portion of the Client advanced approach Basel capital / RWA reporting, FR Y-14 CCAR 14A and 14Q submission, Global Systemic Stress Testing (GSST) Production, Quarterly Multi-year Multi-scenario Forecasting (QMMF) production, and other internal and regulatory reports/submissions related to stress testing and loss forecasting.

The Loss Forecast Reporting team is also responsible for providing analysis, commentaries and tracking current and historical Operational Risk capital/RWA, CCAR, and stress testing/forecasting trends, as well as collaborating with model development/analytics teams to meet internal and regulatory reporting, review, validation, and audit needs aimed to identify, measure, monitor and reduce operational risk incidents.

Key responsibilities:
• Contribute to the production of annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and analytics for Regulators, Client Risk Management, Client Finance, Internal and External Auditors, etc. to enable proactive Operational Risk monitoring and reporting.
• Lead ongoing Reporting and Analytics efforts around Basel III Capital, BCBS239, and FR Y-14/CCAR processes for Clientgroup, Clientbank N.A., as well as other legal entities within Client globally.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with Operational Risk Management as well as within DART and ORRA, and other Business, Risk, and Control functions including IA, Finance, Legal.
• Work with technology to ensure system enhancements are aligned with the needs of management reporting and support management with preparation of materials tracking automation progress.
• Design and implement effective control processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting for our clients.
• Identify and implement automation, data improvement, and consolidation opportunities to continually improve productivity and align with policies and standards.
• Prepare regular and time sensitive analytics, visualizations, and reports for risk managers and senior management.
• Synthesize and communicate complex risk exposures and metrics.

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA and 10+ years work experience in finance or related control discipline (e.g. Risk Management, Reporting, Financial Control, Audit, Operations, etc.) Understanding of the Operational risk function and processes is a plus.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization and locations.
• Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently.
• Keen analytical skills to synthesize, validate and analyze data and metrics.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and discovery skills.
• Capacity to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy are essential while working against demanding deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Access required, familiarity with Tableau, Business Objects, or MicroStrategy is preferable. Experience in building and implementing models, CCAR reporting, Capital/RWA reporting is preferred.
• Customer focused with excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Tools.

Education:
• Bachelor’s/University degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, sciences, or other related technical disciplines , Master’s degree preferred
