Data Analytics Manager
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Dubuque, IA that is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join an ecommerce digital analytics team. This contract is for an ongoing remote role supporting up to 24 hours a week/3 days. Overview: The Data Analytics Manager will use Adobe Analytics to create reports, then summarize and interpret the results to answer business questions. This role will be involved in website updates - tagging QA and monitoring impact. In this role you will analyze, review, and provide solutions to business requirements using BI tools available. You will create reports and dashboards following requirement guidelines and troubleshoot tracking and reporting issues. Additional responsibilities may be ad-hoc reporting analysis, UAT Testing and QA of websites, marketing pixels, analytics tagging and data, ability to translate business requirements and participate in requirement gathering sessions.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics with focus on web/e-commerce analysis and insights and minimum 1-year hands on experience using Adobe Analytics
• Experience in web performance analysis, documenting analytical requirements, and meeting with business stakeholders to understand goals and objectives
• Advanced experience in MS Excel
• Experience using project management tools and ticketing systems (Jira, Confluence)
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Innovative and creative problem-solver
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across diverse teams
• Extremely organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Domo)
• Experience with Google Analytics
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
