Data Analyst – 3-month contract – Salary equivalent £37,831 - Glasgow

Loriens leading public sector client are looking to add x2 Data Analysts to their team on an initial 3-month contract. Offices are based in Glasgow and work on a hybrid model.

They are looking to increase capacity with temporary resource to supplement internal resource on a large Digital Transformation Programme of work. The main area of work will be supporting in investigating, documenting and cleansing existing data models and data sets as part of the introduction of a centralised Data Warehouse to support the implementation of Contact Centre (CC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

Essential skill set:

• Experienced Data Analyst

• Data modelling and documentation

• Experience in dealing with highly complex data sets

• Strong understanding of SQL/Database interaction

Desirable skill set:

• Experience with SAP Hana/SAP BO reporting suite

• Experience in CRM and/or Contact Centre environments

• Public Sector experience
