Responsibilities
Collect and analyze healthcare data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
Utilize R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support.
Implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Support Agile project methodologies by participating in sprints and providing timely updates on data-related tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Assist in training staff on data tools and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in analytics with strong proficiency in Tableau, R, and Python.
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
