Role: Data Analyst & Integration Operation Lead
Location: Morristown, NJ (5 days Onsite)
Employment: Full Time and Contract (Both)
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data & Integration Operations Lead to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of critical applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in databases, integration platforms, reporting tools, and other production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability while providing leadership to the support team.
Key Responsibilities:

System Support and Maintenance:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for root cause analysis and incident resolution.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of production support engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Define and enforce best practices, ensuring high-quality support services.

Database Management:

Support and maintain databases such as Oracle DB, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
Optimize database performance and execute backup and recovery strategies.

Integration:

Manage and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations using Talend.
Ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Reporting and Analytics:

Support reporting tools like MicroStrategy and Power BI to deliver critical business insights.
Collaborate with business units to customize dashboards and reports.

Platform Management:

Utilize platforms like Git for version control and Jira for project tracking and issue resolution.
Leverage low-code platforms to enhance and automate workflows.

Continuous Improvement:Analyze system performance trends and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate on enhancement projects to ensure optimal system functionality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in production support or related roles.
Proficiency in database management (Oracle DB, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
Hands-on experience with integration tools (Talend) and reporting platforms (MicroStrategy, Power BI).
Familiarity with development tools like Git, Jira, and low-code platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in databases, integration tools, or reporting platforms.
Prior experience in automation and process improvement.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.99 - $55.36 per hour
