Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst working to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.

Location: Oxford

Assignment type: 12 month rolling contact, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays

Your new role

• With the introduction of PKT (S4 HANA) in driving the Inbound Logistics Quality of documentation and process is key part of a stable availability of parts for Production. The new version of SAP, in particular EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), provides data at a completely different level to support this.

• The role of Lead, Claims & Data Management will allow you to steer the Claims Management for 1Physical Logistics to drive this Quality improvement and support the Warehouse Operations team with dashboards and reports through the use of Data Tools and AI to monitor and in the future forecast the inbound flow.

• This will ensure proper and punctual processing, handling and control of all goods received with due regard to relevant regulations, guidelines, and statutory provisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient IT skills with a keen interest in Data Accuracy and Manipulation is mandatory.

• Understanding of logistical/service provider processes is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Supply Chains.

• Strong communication skills both oral and written
