Business/ IT Solutions Analyst
Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Business/ IT Solutions Analyst.
Position type: Contract-to-Hire
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid- 2 days onsite; but could be fully onsite in the near future).
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Interact with the team, customers, operations and management using strong written and verbal communication skills
• Provide consultation on formulating and defining scope of work and objectives to formalize technical project plans based on user needs, business system requirements, industry practices, and incorporation of best practices.
• Gather requirements to understand business environment, processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Understand data models to generate reporting, analytics, web and other IT solutions based on business need.
• Thoroughly understand the business needs the product is trying to meet and apply this understanding to guide testing.
• Execute quality control tests to validate deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure product and process quality.
• Document product content and specs using internal tools.
• Ensure that deliverables meet documented requirements, are high quality, and are completed on schedule or early.
• Manage change and release process to production.
• Operate effectively in a high change environment.
• Meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround.
Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelors with 5+ years of work experience or Masters in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain, experience in these fields preferred
• Good knowledge of SDLC.
• Understanding of information processing principles and practices
• Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of customer integrations EDI and API
• Ability to execute complex SQL queries for reporting purpose.
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Strong customer facing skills
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Able to conduct research into application issues and products
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required.
• Ability to manage small and medium projects

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range
• : $52- $57 per hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
